Shipping Policy

1. MindGames applies this delivery policy to all customers who purchase products through the e-commerce website: mindgames.vn

2. MindGames will fulfill all shipping requests for customers nationwide.

3. MindGames applies a home delivery policy for customers and cooperates with reputable shipping companies to ensure delivery services to customers.

Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is confirmed as successful. If the order is confirmed as successful outside of business hours, it will be calculated from the first business hour of the next business day.

4. Processing orders at e-commerce website  mindgames.vn

After you have successfully placed an order, MindGames will send an order confirmation via email.

Product delivery time for each different receiving area will be  tentatively calculated  as follows:

* However, depending on the actual situation, the delivery time may be longer than expected.

Note:  MindGames commits to providing shipping services to customers according to the officially announced time. However, in some special cases (such as floods, fires, accidents, …) or being affected by force majeure from external factors affecting shipping (such as weather, traffic, …) or objective conditions that cannot be controlled, the actual delivery time may be longer than expected. 

In these cases, the functional departments in MindGames will make efforts to overcome and prioritize because customer interests are paramount.

6. Receive goods – Check goods

Customers must check that the product is still intact, sealed, has no signs of opening and complete with documents from MindGames.vn . If customers find anything unusual, they can contact our customer service department via Hotline:

MindGames commits to a shipping policy to ensure consumer rights.

Return policy

MindGames announces the following conditions and return/exchange policies:

1. Warranty policy:

  • Products that are still under warranty are noted on the warranty card or purchase invoice of the MindGames.vn website and are determined to be a manufacturer’s defect. Determination of the defect is made unilaterally by the mindgames.vn website.
  • Customers can bring or send the product to MindGames at the address on the warranty card or invoice via post. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
  • MindGames will conduct a general inspection of the product. If damage is found to be caused by the Customer and not a technical error from the manufacturer (tank, water entering the product, etc.), MindGames will advise the Customer and refuse to accept the warranty. If the Customer still wishes to receive repair support, the Customer will be advised according to the Chargeable Repair Process.

Warranty period:

+ HN/HCM area: 7 working days (including shipping time)

+ Provincial area: 17 working days (including shipping time)

2. Conditions for exchanging/returning goods:

  • The product has a technical defect due to the manufacturer or is missing parts but the outside of the product is not scratched/broken/damaged/deformed.
  • The product the customer received is not the same as the ordered product and the product packaging is intact, not torn/dented.
  • Return period is within 03 days from the date the customer receives the goods (this time is based on the time the customer signs on the delivery bill of lading).
  • Returned products must have the sales invoice sent by MindGames attached to the package.

3. Return policy:

  • Customers bring products to exchange directly at MindGames warehouse.
  • Only the correct product code purchased can be exchanged.

4. Refund policy:

4.1 COD/Card payment orders:

  • Refund method: bank transfer for COD/Card payment orders.
  • Transfer time is within 7 working days from the date MindGames receives the returned goods.

4.2 How to return goods:

  • Step 1: Customers take photos/videos of defective or damaged products… send information and request to return the goods via one of the channels listed in section 5.
  • Step 2: Customers return the goods to the address of MindGames warehouse.
